- This was an excellent 4.21 mile interval training run. I felt really good out there, and enjoyed it so much. I did a warm up run for 1 mile vice a 1/2 mile, and then cut back on the mileage of my fast runs in between the walks. Tomorrow, I am scheduled for a 2.5 mile race pace run. - Ivan and I did a 2.61 mile race pace run this morning. It was pretty cloudy, and looked like it was going to rain, but it did not. The run was really good. I always start out running the first mile at a very slow pace and then after that speed up the rest of the way, for these race pace runs. I love running so much, and one day would love to run in and complete a half marathon, and then a full marathon.
