Tomorrow, I am scheduled for a 4 mile interval training run. These runs are so much fun. I cannot wait for it. I am going to try to keep my heart rate in the aerobic range, which is about a3-4 exertion bursts of speed on a scale of 1-10, and then walk, then repeating.
