My run this morning, was pretty enjoyable, except that their was a lot of traffic on the roads. The weather was pretty nice. I have a day off tomorrow, and then Saturday is scheduled for a 9 mile easy paced run. I will do my best to keep my heart rate in the low to mid 120's. | Strava
