Today was the first 4 miler. I was going to do intervals today, but a older man that walks out there on the sidewalk often decided to join me when he saw me walking. He does not run, so I decided to just walk for the most part, until about the end of the run. I then did some very short intervals. I am ok with that. It was still a good run.
