I did a 5.25 mile interval training run this morning, and decided to start doing videos for my runs again. I started on doing a 1 mile warm up run, and then walked for a little bit and then ran at a faster pace after that. I then did intervals of fast paced running and walking all the way to the end. It was so much fun and and I enjoyed it so much. Running makes me happy!!My 5.25 Interval Training Run Video (22 08 2024)
