  • Ivan and I did a 4.2 mile interval training run this morning. It was a really good run, and very fun. We got caught in a pretty heavy rain near the end.

  • Ivan and I did a 2.61 mile race pace run this morning. It was pretty cloudy, and looked like it was going to rain, but it did not. The run was really good. I always start out running the first mile at a very slow pace and then after that speed up the rest of the way, for these race pace runs. I love running so much, and one day would love to run in and complete a half marathon, and then a full marathon. I thank God for giving me the ability and time to be able to run.
