  • Ignore the negativity spewed out by the world.

Getting all stressed and anxiety over what the world does, what they says, all that junk, are not worth it.

Best to turn your backs on them.

They do not care about you, about your health, about your wellness. They only cares about selling you nightmares. That's all they do. Sell nightmares. Sell fear. Sell terror.

Where's the happy news? It's always depressing news.

Bah, to hell with those rubbish.

Heck, there's a phrase here that I reminds myself a lot:

"Why worry? It probably won't happen."

How cool is that? Why worry indeed. So all the bad news of the world are not personal. They're just bad news that they sells. They makes money from all the bad news they manufactured. It's all "make work" crap. No point wasting time on reading their bad news.

Look, instead, to good news out there, hidden, but they are out there. Good news is everywhere.

The problem is we've been trained since birth to expects bad news, to look for bad news, and on and on. When you lives for a long time, and year by year got tired of hearing / reading bad news, you realise you don't have to take in all this bad news crap and ingests their petrufaction.

You can let go. Let all the bad news go. You don't HAVE to take on all that crap.

You feels relief and then free, from having to look much less hear those crap.

It feels good. It feels great!

Go do your thing that makes you HAPPY. That's the most important thing.

When everyone, the whole world, would stop focusing on bad news, and do their own thing without hurting anyone else, THEN suddenly these bad news crap would dries up.

    It's simple.

Eyeballs is what they're trying to drown with bad news. Don't give them your eyeballs, (or ears), aka attention.

    Ignore them.

Unless some bad news affects your life, THEN you must deal with it, but other than that, yes, you can ignore bad news.

Just make your life the most happiest way you can create.

Be happy. Enjoy each day to the fullest.

  • 1918 Nebraska serial killer poisons her first victim.

Della Sorenson kills the first of her seven victims in rural Nebraska by poisoning her sister-in-law’s infant daughter, Viola Cooper. Over the next seven years, friends, relatives, and acquaintances of Sorenson died under mysterious circumstances before anyone finally realized that it had to be more than a coincidence.

Two years after little Viola met her demise, Wilhelmina Weldam, Sorenson’s mother-in-law, was poisoned. Sorenson then went after her own family, killing her daughter, Minnie, and husband, Joe, over a two-week period in September.

Waiting only four months before marrying again, Sorenson then settled in Dannebrog, Neb. In August 1922, her former sister-in-law came to visit with another infant, four-month-old Clifford. Just as she had done with Viola, Sorenson poisoned the poor child with a piece of candy. The unfortunate Mrs. Cooper, still oblivious to what was happening, came back again in October to visit with yet another child. This time, Sorenson’s poison didn’t work.

Early in 1923, Sorenson killed her own daughter, Delia, on her first birthday. When Sorenson’s friend brought her infant daughter for a visit only a week later, the tiny infant was also poisoned. After an attempt on Sorenson’s second husband’s life left him sick–but not dead–authorities began to think that there might be a connection between these series of deaths.

Finally, in 1925, Sorenson was arrested when she made an unsuccessful attempt at killing two children in the neighborhood with poisoned cookies. She confessed to the crimes, saying, “I like to attend funerals. I’m happy when someone is dying.” Sentiments like this convinced doctors that Sorenson was schizophrenic, and she was committed to the state mental asylum.

  • A Minnesota man was convicted of first-degree murder Thursday for beheading his girlfriend in front of several witnesses. Alex Saborit 44, was found guilty in the slaying of America Thayer, 56, in July 2021.

In her ruling, the judge found the "nature of the assault" proved Saborit intended to kill Thayer, and that his possession of the machete, threats made prior to the killing and "tumultuous" relationship "marked by frequent arguments and accusations of abuse" showed premeditation, CBS reported.

The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Saborit struck Thayer with an 8-pound dumbbell while they were in a vehicle near downtown Shakopee, then he decapitated her with a machete.

People in other cars and nearby homes saw the attack. One of them shot a video that appeared to show Saborit pull Thayer's body out of the car into the street then pick up her head by the hair.

Saborit and Thayer were on the way to his court appearance for felony charges alleging that he set fire to their apartment in Shakopee during a confrontation with police and that Saborit attacked Thayer after she told him she wanted to end their relationship.

Saborit fled the scene and disposed of the machete along the way. He was arrested about 1 ½ miles away near the Trave Lodge Hotel where he was staying.

County Attorney Ron Hocevar said he was pleased with the verdict, and that he expects Saborit to be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

"My mom never deserved to have this happen in the first place," Thayer's 42-year-old son, Charles Thayer, said after the verdict, the Star Tribune reported. "This monster deserves to be put away for life."
