I did a 10 mile slow paced run this morning. The last 3 weeks, I have not been able to complete a 10 mile run, but today, I did it. I just figured out a few things that were going on, and fixed them. I was pretty tired when I got to the finish. Now, next week, I will taper off on the milage, to keep me fresh and rested, cause the following week after that, is a 13.1 mile run, which is a half marathon. This is one of my goals with running, and cannot wait to try to achieve it.
