This was an excellent 4.21 mile interval training run. I felt really good out there, and enjoyed it so much. I did a warm up run for 1 mile vice a 1/2 mile, and then cut back on the mileage of my fast runs in between the walks. Tomorrow, I am scheduled for a 2.5 mile race pace run. I am looking forward to it.
