Ivan and I did a 2 mile race pace run this morning. I felt really good, and was able to keep a steady and faster pace than normal. My running keeps improving. Praise God! Ivan timed himself on the 1.5 mile run for the Navy, and made in just under 13 minutes. He has 14 minutes to run it in.
