Me and Ivan before our run this morning, and the results of my 3.2 mile interval training run. This was a really good training run. I felt really strong and enjoyed it so much, even though it was pretty muggy outside. Praise God!! Ivan also ran a 3.2 mile interval training run. He finished way before me.
