My 5 mile interval training run (5 30 2024)I went on a 5 mile interval training run this morning, with my son, Ivan. My running distance increased on all of my runs. I ended up only walking 4 times, which normally, I walk 6-8 times. I am improving, and I praise and thank the Lord for that. I forgot to do a video at the end. It slipped my mind for some reason.
