I did a 2.6 mile race pace run this morning. I started off slow then at the 1 mile mark, I sped up some, and then at the 2.2 mile mark, I sped up some more. This was a really fun training run. I enjoyed it so muchMy 2 6 Mile Race Pace Run (5 7 2024)
Today is a day off from running, but I did a 3.2 mile walk this morning, to keep my body moving, to burn more calories, and to help with recovery. I am real happy with the walk today.My 3 2 Mile Walk (5 8 2024)
This morning, I did a 4.3 mile interval training run. I am real happy with it. The speed, and distance of the runs increased. I am making progress.
