My 3.15 Mile Race Pace Run (13-08-2024)
I was scheduled for a 3 mile run this morning, but went over that a little. It was a very good run. I am also rocking some new running gear with the red running hat and red compression shorts. Running is so much fun and such a good stress reliever. It is such a good feeling when you achieve your goals. I am looking forward to the next run, but I may not get to run the rest of this week. I have a dental appointment tomorrow, and the dentist may pull a tooth that is giving me problems.
