My run this morning was on a route that I have never ran on before. It was so much fun. There were so many hills though. That is probably why my max heart rate was in the anaerobic zone for 15% of my run. I also used ear buds for the first time on my runs, and listened to some Navy cadences. I was enjoying myself so much and forgot about my heart rate. It brought back memories of my Navy days, especially boot camp. Tomorrow is a day off. | Strava
